Shipping Terms

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@wallmonte.de) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany

the shipping costs are a flat rate of 6 euros. This does not include Louet's David, Spring, Delta, Magic Dobby, Octado and Megado looms and Ashford's Jack Loom looms. The costs for this depend on the delivery address and must be individually insured and calculated.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium Bulgaria Denmark Germany Estonia Finland France Greece Italy Ireland Croatia Latvia. Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Netherlands Austria Poland Portugal Portugal Romania Sweden Slovakia Spain Czech Republic Hungary Cyprus

Albania, Monaco, Switzerland (excluding Louet* articles), Andorra, England, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, Ukraine, Liechtenstein, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, San Marino

* I am not allowed to export these to Switzerland. If necessary, please contact your responsible distributor.

The shipping costs for the countries listed above are a flat rate of 15 euros per order.

This does not apply to Louet's David, Spring, Delta, Octado, Magic Dobby and Megado looms. and Jack Loom of Ashford. The costs for this depend on the delivery address and must be individually insured and calculated.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear.
